Details
The wreath began with branches from the garden. Then came the acorns, the little mushrooms from the ornament box, and a bow rescued from last year's parcels.
It has the pleasant irregularity of something assembled on the kitchen table while a conversation carried on around it. Cream berries and red caps sit among the fir without trying to be perfectly matched.
Bring those woodland colors to an indoor hall or a cottage kitchen. Natural wood, mossy green and a basket beside the door make a comfortable setting for this printed winter gathering.
